TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/b><\/h1>\n

(A) Cancellation by the NYNA due to force majeure event:<\/b> We will reimburse you in full for the amount previously received.<\/span><\/p>\n

(B) Cancellation by the Customer:<\/b><\/p>\n

1\/ US $20.00 per person for individual hotel; or US$ 150.00 per person for the package tours will be charged as administrative fees in all cancellation cases upon service confirmation, plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels or boat companies<\/span><\/p>\n

2\/ From 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 30% per group\/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels or cruises \u2026 in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.<\/span><\/p>\n

3\/ Between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per group\/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as hotels or boat companies \u2026 in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.<\/span><\/p>\n

4\/ Between 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 70% per group\/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as hotel or boat companies \u2026 in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.<\/span><\/p>\n

5\/ Less than 7 days prior to arrival date, or no show: 100 % charge per group\/booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the spirit of customer service, NYNA Travel will provide maximum support for cancellations due to practical needs, but based on the principles outlined. In cases where NYNA Travel is able to resell services that customers need to cancel; we will refund customers the amount we resold them for.<\/span><\/p>\n

If due to <\/span>\u00a0force majeure <\/span><\/i>\u00a0factors such as events that occur objectively, unforeseeably and irreparably despite the application of all necessary measures within the permissible capacity (cancellation of flights, natural disasters, floods, influenza epidemics, earthquakes, etc.\u00a0 war\u2026), the two sides will negotiate and settle it together.<\/span><\/p>\n

(C) Refund Policy.<\/b><\/p>\n

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 5-7 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

(D) Liability and Insurance<\/b>
<\/b>NYNA Travel shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by passengers due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, passenger negligence, or political disturbances. Passengers shall assume full personal responsibility in such circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

NYNA Travel shall not be responsible for and shall not provide refunds for issues related to flights or expired passports. Even in cases of flight delays or schedule changes, NYNA Travel will make every reasonable effort to assist the passenger in resolving the situation in the best possible manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants of group tours are required to adhere to the tour regulations, be punctual, and follow the designated meal options provided. Requests for meals outside the standard menu may incur additional charges, which shall be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen or spontaneous directives from the government, weather conditions, or changes in local policies. Any such changes will be communicated to customers at the time they occur.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n
