+ Making necessary bookings (e.g., hotel reservations, transportation, entrance tickets to attractions included in your itinerary, etc.).

+ Using customer photos taken during NYNA tours for marketing and promotional purposes (only with the customer’s consent).
+ Any other purposes as agreed upon between NYNA and the customer.
– We assure you that your personal information will not be used for any purposes beyond those mentioned above. In the event we need to use your information for other purposes, we will notify you and only proceed with your explicit consent.
– However, while we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of unauthorized access beyond our control. Therefore, we shall not be held liable under any circumstances for claims, disputes, or damages arising from such unauthorized access.
(2) Who may access your personal information?
– NYNA may disclose your personal information to its affiliated entities or departments for the purposes outlined in Section (1).
– NYNA may share certain personal information with third parties (such as contracted travel service providers) solely to fulfill the purposes stated in Section (1). We ensure that these third parties are contractually bound to use your information strictly within the scope defined.
– NYNA may also provide your personal information to competent authorities in cases where legal intervention is required or mandated by law.
(3) Our Commitment
– We are fully committed to complying with the provisions set forth in Sections (1) and (2). In the event of any dispute arising between NYNA and the customer, the matter shall be resolved by competent authorities in accordance with the mutual agreement between both parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the Court located at the principal office of NYNA, in accordance with the Civil Law of Vietnam.
