Lucie from Nyna Travel is our coordinator for the whole trip and she has been fantastic and very responsible from the start to organise ( through online liaison) the trip to the final conpletion of our holiday.
Our family of 9 used NYNA travel to book airport shuttles and two day trips from Hanoi - Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Both trips were lots of fun and had knowledgeable and well-prepared tour guides.
We had a lot of fun and enjoying all the magnificent scenery thanks to Nyna Travel. Do not hesitate to book your tour with them.
Booking and communication was seamless. Thank you for the quick responses and accommodating us so well with requests and all necessary information.
NYNA Travel is excellent. They are kind and professional. If you want to book a tour or a hotel before coming the Vietnam, ask them.
